Psychotherapy is a process focused on helping you develop more constructive ways to deal with stress and problems within your life. It can be a supportive process when going through a difficult period or more educational, with a focus on skill building and/or addressing problematic patterns or symptoms. Still Tranquility providers have experience in some of the more evidence based and widely practiced treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive, Motivational, Interpersonal, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, Play Therapy, Family Therapy, and many others. With over 400 schools of psychotherapy being practiced in the community, it is important that each client's issues be addressed with the appropriate modality.
Psychotherapy sessions last a min of 40 minutes and maybe more, depending on the particular needs. Session prices may vary depending on a few factors, so please contact us for more individualized details.
